Delivery

All Items are in stock unless indicated and will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days and after cleared funds have been received.  We dispatch on certain days twice a week. See 'next dispatch date' located at the top left corner of our homepage. In all cases we will do the utmost to ship the goods out to you as soon as we can. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

When trying on shoes, the following handling requirements must be complied with (a copy of these handling requirements will be included within the packaging of your shoes):

• To check whether the shoes are an acceptable fit, you should STAND in the shoes. Please lay down a clean piece of newspaper or other protected covering under the shoes before standing in the shoes.

• You should not WALK in the shoes unless you intend on keeping them, as this can cause creases, crimples or bends in the shoes in which case we will not be required to accept a return.

• Please take utmost care not to crease, stress, soil, crimple or bend the shoes when trying them on. In particular, the shoes should not be tested by being stood in or worn outdoors.

All Products returned should be returned unworn in new condition, taking into account the above guidelines, in their original packaging.

Please take care not to crease or soil the shoes when trying them on. White or light shoes that are soiled will not be accepted for return. Shoes crease very easily so please be careful. We will be obliged to refuse the return of any shoes if they are worn or have any marks or creases on them.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All we ask is that the goods should be returned unworn in new condition in their original packaging within 14 days after the day of receipt. Please take care not to crease or soil the shoes when trying them on. White or light shoes that are soiled will not be accepted for return. Shoes crease very easily so please be careful. We will be obliged to refuse the return of any shoes if they are worn or have any marks or creases on them.

Upon a satisfactory inspection result we will issue a refund on receipt of your returned goods, as soon as possible or if you prefer we will exchange the item for a different style, size or colour. For refunds we do reserve the right to use any method of payment. There will be a postal charge applied to your replacement shipment. 

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods, is fully trackable & requires a signature proof of delivery. You are responsible for the cost and risk when returning goods.


Shipping Procedure for Returns

Please complete the tear off slip located at the bottom of your Invoice, this should accompany your returns, exchanges or refunds and be placed inside the box with your return.

Please do not use adhesive tapes on the inner shoebox or write on it. We suggest you cover the box in suitable or original packaging when returning it to us.


Returning goods from outside the European Union?

Please ensure your package, electronic or manual waybill or address label is clearly marked in capitals: "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS - RELIEF CLAIMED".

If you do not do this there may be UK customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for any charges.

If you are returning goods from outside the European Union using for example DHL, UPS, Fedex or any other 'Courier Service', there are often clearance charges levied by such Carriers once the goods arrive in the UK, and they will usually demand proof that duty has been paid. Please note, if these charges are raised, we will have to charge them back to you. Please ensure that the Carrier concerned is AWARE that these are "British Returned Goods". It also maybe suggested you use a trackable, signed for Insured premium AIRMAIL service via the Postal service of your country in preference.
