a guide only. Please note - In order to respect proportions inherent in
the shape, smaller size show a very slight reduction to the height

Availability

items offered for sale on this website are subject to availability. We
will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are
not available.
Delivery Times and Charges
Please
allow 28 days for Delivery. Delivery charges are based on weight and or
volume and destination. Delivery charges cannot be refunded. Please
note that these delivery times are for guidance only and cannot be
guaranteed.
Our Guarantee and Your right to Return Goods
We
provide a 7 working-day money-back, guarantee. All Goods should be
returned unworn in new condition in their original packaging within
this time period. Upon a satisfactory inspection result we will issue a
full refund on receipt of your returned goods, as soon as possible or
if you prefer we will exchange the item for a different style, size or
colour. For refunds we do reserve the right to use any method of
payment. There will be a postal charge applied to your replacement
shipment. We regret we are unable to refund any postage fees paid by
you.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an
exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your
responsibility. Please note, the item is your responsibility for cost
and risk until it reaches us. Any customs, import duties, taxes,
clearance or import documentation charges incurred will be for the
account of the sender. For your own protection, we recommend that you
send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value
of the goods and requires a Proof of delivery.

If
the goods supplied to you are found to be defective in any way, or you
have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in
writing as soon as possible.

the prices shown on our site include UK VAT at 17.5% - we are obliged
to include and show this tax for all orders within the EU. The prices
shown in your shopping cart separates this VAT for your information.

charges incurred at the delivered destination will be the
